YEJA Series AC Electromagnetic Brake Three Phase Asynchronous Motor Operating Conditions:
1. Elevation not exceeding 1000m;
2. When the monthly mean minimum temperature is not higher than 25 C, the wettest monthly average maximum relative humidity is 95%.
3. The highest ambient temperature does not exceed 40 C and the lowest is -15 C.
4. Working mode S1 (continuous working system);
5. The rated voltage is 380V 50Hz. Different voltages and frequencies can be designed and manufactured separately.

YEJA Series AC Electromagnetic Brake Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor Features
- High Protection Rating
The YEJA series motors are equipped with a protection level of IP55, providing excellent resistance against dust and water, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. - Efficient Cooling System
These motors feature IC411 (self-fan cooling), promoting efficient heat dissipation and stable operation even during prolonged use. - Durable AC Brake Design
The AC brake is carefully engineered for longevity. The charged components are sealed in an epoxy resin shell, while the entire brake assembly is housed within a fully sealed structure. This design effectively prevents the ingress of contaminants such as cotton fibers, paper scraps, dust, grease, iron filings, and powders, significantly extending the brake’s service life. - Quick and Reliable Braking Performance
The AC brake offers several advantages, including fast starting response, short braking times, and an adjustable, safe, and reliable braking moment, making it ideal for various applications requiring precise control. - Flexible Manual Release Mechanism
The motor is equipped with a flexible manual release device, allowing users to select between a self-locking or temporary wrench, offering ease of use and convenience. - Unified Power Supply
The AC brake and motor share the same power supply voltage, eliminating the need for an AC-DC conversion rectifier. This simplifies installation and usage, making the system more efficient. - Insulation Grade
The motor insulation is rated at B and F, while the brake insulation is rated at F, ensuring reliable electrical performance and thermal stability. - Two-Position Junction Boxes
The motor and brake each have separate junction boxes, facilitating easy installation and maintenance while preventing electrical interference between the two components. - Standardized Installation and Power Ratings
The installation dimensions and power ratings of the motor fully comply with JB/T6456 industry standards and IEC-72 international standards, ensuring compatibility and ease of integration. - Material Options for Motor Shell
For sizes 63-71, the motors feature aluminum shells, while sizes 80-160 are available with either aluminum or cast-iron shells. The motor size 180 is constructed with a cast-iron shell, providing additional durability for larger applications.
